Who we are
DentaFlow PK provides software to dental clinics. Each clinic is the controller of its patients' data; DentaFlow processes it on the clinic's behalf.
What we store
Clinic account details, staff accounts, and the patient, appointment and billing records that clinics enter. We collect only what is needed to run the service.
How data is protected
Each clinic's data is isolated by database-level access rules. Patient attachments are stored privately. Important changes are recorded in an audit trail.
Retention
Clinic data is retained while the subscription is active and during a recovery period after expiry. Clinics can request export or deletion.
Your rights
Patients may contact their clinic to access or correct their information. Contact us through the contact page for any privacy questions.
